    The Larimar stone, born in the Atlantic waters from volcanic fire, is the embodiment of the tranquil sea and sky.  Soothing blues from the Larimar stone are reflected in the chic design and stylized service at Larimar Restaurant.
    Owner, John Paulus’ culinary innovations and impressive restaurateur skills began 20 years ago in NYC, Garnering several 3 to 4 star NY Times reviews and 3 to 2 Star Michelin status. Paulus’ career experiences include: L’Impero & Alto Restaurant, Chef Scott Conant and Owner/Operator Chris Cannon, Jean-Georges with Chef Jean-georges Vongerichten, Marea, Osteria Morini, Ai Fiori, Due Mari Restaurants, Chef Michael White and the Alta Marea Group.
